Jagadish has masters in sociology with close to 20 years of work experience split between Operations and Research in Market and Social Research arena. He has been extensively involved in Evaluation studies, KAP studies, Behavioural studies, Situation Analysis, Baseline to Endline, Mapping Exercises, Communication studies, Large quantitative studies, Readership studies, Qualitative studies including In-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, PRA on Health, Water, Sanitation, Gender Issues, Food and agriculture, Economics, Micro-credit, Micro Health & Crop Insurance et al. in India and neighboring countries. In his career, he has had opportunities to work along with UNICEF, IIPS/ USAID, World Bank, KSAPS, KHPT, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Public Works Dept., Karnataka, PSI, World Vision, BATF, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNDP, PSI, FHI 360, IIM Bangalore, Public Affairs Centre, Public Affairs Foundation, Boston University, London School of Hygiene Practice and Tropical Medicine, Research Triangle Institute (RTI), International, and other various Market Research organisations et al.
Perhaps, he is the first Researcher from a research agency to be involved in “Evaluation of Quality of Life” among People living with HIV/ AIDS, and other first of its kind study such as Road User Satisfaction Survey, Sex disaggregated data collection on Assets in India. Dr A Prakash Rao, Demographer & Gerontologist

He has extensively worked on various social and health issues related elderly & PLHIV in India during his tenure with Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore and TNS Mode etc.
He has also experience of working on funded projects on health other aspects with various departments of Government of Karnataka. He has co-authored many research papers and presented in national and international conferences in social and development sector.
His keen interests are monitoring and evaluation, organizing and conducting surveys, training and programme implementation.

Dr. Dilip B Pardeshi, Public Health Specialist
Dr. Dilip B Pardeshi is a veteran and experienced Public Health Specialist in Pune, the western part of India. He has served Govt. of Maharashtra for close to 27 years as a medical officer. Since 2006 to 2010, he had been involved in Public Health and Administration conducting assessments / surveys of national interest such as behavior and biological assessment (IBBA) in Maharashtra and elsewhere from National AIDS Research Institute (NARI), Pune. Also, he worked as an external evaluator of Drop-in-centres (DIC) in various districts of Maharashtra and for Dept. of Equity and Social Justice / YASHADA, Pune. Recently, he served as a member of State Surveillance Team (SST) for National IBBS’s pre-survey work on behalf of NARI, Pune.
He has been awarded several awards for his unceasing interests in serving society and social work. Sridevi Harathi, Social Researcher & Qualitative Expert
Sridevi Harathi has been in social and development research domain for close to 20 years now. Dr. Shabnam Omidvar, Reproductive Health Specialist
Dr. Shabnam Omidvar, though hails from Iran, has spent considerable time in India internalizing social, cultural and economic aspects of Indian demography. She completed BSc in midwifery in 1993 and MSc in Maternal Child Health in 1998 from Iran. She has been a Faculty member in Medical Sciences University, Iran since 2001. She has been reviewer of several journals including one on “Sexuality Research and Social Policy”. She has penned more than 20 articles on various issues ranging from reproductive health, maternal and child health, micronutrients, sexuality, family planning, anemia, diarrhea et al. Md Shahnawaz, Consulting Statistician
